Financial Data: Bank account and payment card details (processed securely via our partners, Stripe or GoCardless). How Your Data is Collected We use different methods to collect data from and about you: Direct Interaction: When you sign up via the ClubRight portal, fill in forms, or correspond with us. Automated Technologies: As you interact with the ClubRight app, we may collect technical data about your equipment and browsing actions. 4. Data Sharing & Third Parties Your data is processed through ClubRight, our gym management software provider. ClubRight acts as a Data Processor. They host your data on secure servers and do not use your data for their own purposes. We may share data with payment providers (Stripe/GoCardless) and professional advisers (insurers/legal). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 6. International Transfers Your data is primarily stored within the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA). If any data is transferred outside these areas (e.g., via a software plugin), we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place. 7.
